Now that the 2010
Winter School has ended,our thoughts are already turning to
next year's programme.
We hope to welcome
once more a leading Yeatsian scholar and an important Poet
to Direct the Winter School, and to provide the privileged
audience with a special Poetry Reading.
The Yeats Winter School is designed as an interlude,
which allows the visitor the opportunity to learn more about
W. B. Yeats against the backdrop of the places - from Benbulben
to Lissadell - which inspired his poetry. The aim of the weekend
is to provide a basis for reading, exploring and thinking
about Yeats's work in the place where much of it began.
